Our Founder

Kasey McCarthy Founder & Owner

Working Mom Industries is built on the profound belief that everything—and everyone—deserves a second chance. No one understands this truth better than Kasey, who founded this company to maximize her reach and prove that renewal is always possible. In her daily career within secure juvenile corrections, she guides young men and women through unique, structured rehabilitation journeys. Her work is guided by a devotion to God, family, and the firm belief that personal accountability and hard work are the only true pillars of a solid foundation. While she champions second chances, she is unyielding in her standard: a second chance is a sacred opportunity, never to be taken advantage of.

This business is the direct reflection of Kasey’s own remarkable metamorphosis. Just three years ago, she made the brave decision to walk away from a lifelong abusive marriage, leave behind a dead-end job, and step into her very first management role. She excelled immediately, but rather than letting herself be discouraged when growth stalled at her local retail job, she set her sights higher and fought for a career serving her county in law enforcement. Along this journey of reclaiming her life, she transformed her health—losing nearly 200 pounds—and found a deep, lasting strength.

Today, at 44 years old, Kasey is rewriting what is possible. She is the proud mom of a 19-year-old college freshman and is currently 33 weeks pregnant with a baby girl. Even now, she remains completely unstoppable—working a demanding 40-hour week, hiking, swimming, and camping. As the sole owner and designer of Working Mom Industries, Kasey directs the vision and sets the grand design, while her dedicated team works behind the scenes to execute her ideas. She is living proof that with a solid work ethic and unwavering faith, a beautiful second chapter is always within reach.

Our Approach

Working Mom Industries operates through a disciplined, hands-on strategy focused on asset recovery, logistics, and multi-channel resale. We identify untapped value in liquidations, estate cleanouts, and physical salvage, utilizing our own logistics network to efficiently transport and process goods.

By decentralizing our operations into specialized subsidiary brands—ranging from apparel and antiques to waste removal—we ensure that every recovered asset is directed to its highest-value market. Our focus is on efficiency, practical resource management, and reliable execution across all divisions.

Our Values

  • Resourcefulness: We believe everything has value if you know where to look. We specialize in seeing potential in overlooked assets, maximizing recovery, and minimizing waste through smart, practical execution.

  • Operational Integrity & Accountability: We do exactly what we say we are going to do, and we take full ownership of the results. Whether handling a cleanout, managing logistics, or executing a contract, we prioritize clear communication, reliable service, and holding ourselves answerable to our partners and clients.

  • Practical Adaptability: We don't get stuck when conditions change. Because our operations span physical labor, logistics, and retail resale, we solve problems on the fly and pivot quickly to make sure no opportunity or asset is wasted.
